Request the choice form
Email PVN and ask for the Certificate Program Choice Form.
Complete PVN review
PVN reviews completed requests within 48 to 72 hours. Approval depends on eligibility and available funding.
Prepare for enrollment
If approved, PVN assesses needs, confirms the enrollment date, and works to help secure a seat.
